Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system.

The most characteristic symptom is motor organ impairment. The disease usually attacks between the ages of 40 and 60, but it can also appear in younger people.

Parkinson's disease develops very slowly and it may take several years for the first visible symptoms to appear.

However, there are several warning signs that could herald the onset of the disease.
